InnoSTEAM – A Seasonal Journey with Willow este un proiect internațional eTwinning dedicat copiilor preșcolari, desfășurat în parteneriat cu 24 de cadre didactice din Grecia, România, Italia, Bulgaria, Lituania, Letonia și Turcia. Prin intermediul bufniței Willow, personajul-ghid al proiectului, copiii au explorat cele patru anotimpuri prin activități STEAM (Știință, Tehnologie, Inginerie, Artă și Matematică), experimente, povești, jocuri și provocări creative, folosind într-un mod adaptat vârstei instrumente digitale și aplicații bazate pe inteligență artificială.

Pe parcursul anului școlar, preșcolarii au colaborat cu copii din alte țări europene, au participat la întâlniri online, au realizat produse digitale comune și au descoperit tradiții, obiceiuri și valori europene. Activitățile au încurajat curiozitatea, creativitatea, spiritul de echipă și grija față de natură, transformând învățarea într-o experiență atractivă și interactivă.

Acest proiect a reprezentat o oportunitate valoroasă de colaborare internațională și de inovare în educația timpurie, demonstrând că povestea, jocul, experimentul și tehnologia pot contribui împreună la dezvoltarea armonioasă a copiilor și la formarea competențelor necesare viitorului.

 THE IMPACT OF eTWINNING PROJECT

“InnoSTEAM-A Seasonal Journey with Willow”

    The eTwinning project “InnoSTEAM-A Seasonal Journey with Willow” had a positive impact on children’s development, contributing to enriching their knowledge about changes in nature and the characteristics of each season. Through interactive activities, observations, experiments, artistic creations and collaborations with European partners, children developed their curiosity, observational skills and ability to understand natural phenomena. Participation in the project stimulated the development of communication, collaboration and digital technology skills. Children had the opportunity to share experiences, traditions and seasonal activities from different countries, promoting respect for cultural diversity and a sense of belonging to a European community. For teachers, the project represented an opportunity to exchange good practices and improve methodological and digital skills. International collaboration encouraged the use of modern and attractive teaching methods, focused on active and experiential learning. Families were involved in numerous activities carried out at home and in kindergarten/school, strengthening the educational partnership and supporting the children's learning process. The project also contributed to raising awareness regarding environmental protection and responsible observation of nature in every season. At the institutional level, the project favored the development of the European dimension of education, promoting collaboration, creativity and the use of digital resources. The materials and products produced within the project will be able to be used in future activities, ensuring the sustainability and continuity of the results obtained.
